Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the meat to your liking. I usually cook it til the red is gone and then I drain the fat.
- If the meat is not already cut into small pieces then do so now.
- I then pour the Consome into the pan and add the peppers.
- Let simmer for an or so. Stir at intervals to ensure that the sauce does not completely boil away.
